Well, it was a very very good stay for a medical tourism visit. The location was good, really close to restaurants, supermarkets, and mall as well as the center.

Immaculate and new-fashioned room, comfy bed and pillows. Stunningly beautiful view and particularly good location close enough to the Marriott restaurant, and Valle de Guadalupe. Also, right next to the soccer stadium.

The room was well-kept and perfectly clean, with multiple pillows. The pool was clean as well. I appreciated the early check-in and easy check-out process. It was convenient to have parking on site. The hotel is only 0.5 miles away from Abelardo L Rodriguez airport.

The hotel is perfect with extremely helpful staff and views of the city. The setting is marvelous and favorable, a short walk to Tijuana Marriott, pharmacies, and Walmart, as well as most public areas. Excellent service, they provide private parking and Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool was heated and a great place to relax, the hotel rooms were very comfortable and the buffet restaurant very reasonably priced, and there were department stores close by.

I had an unbelievable stay at Marriott Tijuana! The buffet breakfast with made-to-order omelettes was a must-go. The staff was super friendly, bilingual, and knowledgeable. The rooms were quiet, with a comfortable temperature. The hotel restaurant was always open, which was a nice perk. I highly recommend this hotel.

The internet and your booking service indicated that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport in Tijuana. It declined to honor this service wherein I had to spend $15.00 U.S. each way for taxi service. I requested that they credit my account for this expenditure, wherein they stated that I would have to resolve this issue with you. Please advise.Disppointed!
